Recover & Refuel operates the recoverrefuel.com website and app. Recover & Refuel services may include, without limitation, tools, applications, email services, alerts, notifications, and downloadable mobile applications related to the Sites or provided through the Sites.

Recover & Refuel does not directly collect information from you through the Recover & Refuel website or application. However, through TeamSnap’s API we import your information that you voluntarily provided TeamSnap.

  • Your team’s game schedules including time, game duration, arrival time
  • Your opponent’s name
  • Your team roster

Information We Collect Through Your Use of the Site.

As you use the Site and Services, certain information may also be passively collected. For example the types of foods or drinks you prefer.

How We Use Your Information

We only use your information to understand your TeamSnap credentials, as mentioned above, to present you with the most accurate nutritional information to keep you prepared for your next match. Recover & Refuel does not share your information with a third party.

To Provide the Sites and Services.

In general, we use your Personal Information as necessary or appropriate for purposes including to:

  • administer your account;
  • provide you access to the Site or Services;
  • respond to inquiries or requests that you direct to us;
  • fulfill your requests for services;
  • send communications and administrative emails about the Sites or Services;
  • personalize and better tailor the features, performance and support of the Sites and Services for your use;
  • improve the quality of the Site and the Services.

Cookies, Web Beacons, and IP Address Information

  • “Cookies” are small pieces of information that a website places on your browser when you visit that website. Not intended for use by children under 13

If you are the parent or guardian of a player whose team is using Recover & Refuel, you may have been asked to provide optional information about your child through TeamSnap. Recover & Refuel is not intended for use by children under 13 and we never knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Payments

If you are a team owner, you may need to pay for your use of our Sites and Services using a payment card (e.g., credit or debit card). We use third party payment card processing companies to process payments in connection with the Sites and Services. These third parties have committed to Recover & Refuel to process your payment card information in a secure, PCI compliant manner. Your payment card information is processed and retained by these third parties and will not be passed on to Recover & Refuel; Recover & Refuel does not store your payment card information.

Monitoring user activity

We may monitor user activity on our systems in connection with user compliance with our terms of use, supporting users, and developing and improving the Sites and Services. Managing Your Information through TeamSnap

If you are a registered user, you may review, update, correct or delete your personal information by logging into TeamSnap at www.teamsnap.com. Photos, team schedules and other information may be maintained by the team or group managers. If you have concerns about that information, contact your team or group manager.

California Minors

In the event that a minor under the age of 18 in California uses the Sites, the minor may request that Recover & Refuel remove content or information posted by the minor on the Site by sending an email to info @ recoverrefuel . com. However, such removal may not remove all traces of such posting everywhere online, since content or information may have been shared by others. Future versions of Recover & Refuel may allow certain products or services may be offered for sale on the Sites or through the Services. In the event you wish to purchase or to subscribe for any of these products or services, you will be asked by Recover & Refuel or an authorized third party to supply certain information, including without limitation, your full name, address, telephone number and credit card information. 18. Termination.

19. Governing Law.

These TOU and the relationship between you and Recover & Refuel shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Recover & Refuel irrevocably agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within the county of Sacramento, in the State of California, and waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

20. Waiver and Severability.

The failure of Recover & Refuel to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these TOU shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these TOU is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severed herefrom and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

21. Successors and Assigns.

We may perform any of our obligations or exercise any of our rights under this TOU through one or more of our corporate affiliates (including any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with us). If Recover & Refuel or its assets are acquired by another entity, that entity will assume our rights and obligations as described in this TOU. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this TOU, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent.

22. Updates.

We may modify these TOU at any time, as we deem appropriate. If you disagree with the changes to the TOU, you must discontinue your use of the Sites and Services. Your continued access or use of any of the Sites or Services following such notice signifies your acceptance of the modified TOU. It is your responsibility to review the TOU regularly to be aware of such modifications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Sites or Services with or without notice.
